2015 Nissan Patrol Review

Nissan offers a sixth generation vehicle 2015 Nissan Patrol modified. Big changes were made to the 2010 model and the previous model that received a complete facelift lasted for ten years. So the newly redesigned 2010 model won’t be receiving any drastic changes as a 2015 model. There will be 3 models available of the new Patrol. The models will be the XE model (which will be the base model), the SE model as well as the LE model. The SE and LE models will come with four sub-trim levels. Consumers will have lots of options to choose from in the New Year.

The new model will only have one engine across all released models. The engine will be a 5.6 litre V8 engine. The kind of power it produces will vary depending on the trim chosen by the consumer. The V8 engine will be fitted in the XE and the SE models. The 5.6 litre engine can put out up to 317 hp and 385 pound – feet torque. The LE models produce a higher horsepower at 400. The car, including all models, will come standard as a four wheel drive; this means that engine power will be distributed across all four wheels. Although the 2015 Nissan Patrol models will come with the same engine and as standard four wheel drive, the transmissions won’t be the same. Six speed manual transmissions are standard with some XE and SE models, with an optional 5 speed automatic. Other SE models like the platinum ranges only come with a five speed automatic transmission. The LE models have a standard seven speed automatic transmission.

The equipment of the SUV will definitely be different for the models that it’ll have, both on the interior and the exterior. The base model, the XE, has 18 inch alloy wheels, an intelligent key remote entry, power locks and buttons, two zone climate controls, cruise control, a manual tilt and telescopic steering wheel, a four speaker sound system as well as an AUX input. The SE-T1 model has a new front grille with chrome accents. It also has tail and fog lights with LED, parking sensors, a steering wheel that is wrapped in leather, a sound system with six speakers that connect a variety of music devices. The SE Platinum model has the most features for driver and passenger to enjoy. Seats that can be heated and cooled, a navigation system, leather seats and a steering wheel, and alloy wheels that are 20 inches are some of the features you’ll find in the 2015 Nissan Patrol. Safety features include an off-road monitor that provides real time information the condition of the tires (steer angle, slip and pressure), hill start assist, hill descent, two fronts and a number of side curtain airbags, stability control and ABS, and lane departure warning (optional).
